Creating and Maintaining a Culture of Ethics
Effectively building and supporting a municipal workforce with the highest ethical standards requires a broad-based approach. There is more to it than having clear policies, more even than hiring good people. Together, we'll examine the critical elements of a culture of ethics in a municipal organization and some best practices for cultivating and sustaining them.


 




The 4-hour Mandatory Ethics Training will be offered following lunch, at 12:30 PM.  The full schedule for the day will be: 

10:30 AM -12:00 PM: Creating and Maintaining a Culture of Ethics

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: LUNCH - Box Lunches will be provided

12:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Mandatory 4-hour ethics training (first two hours - Ethics Law; third hour – Public Meetings Law; fourth hour – Public Records Law)
We encourage you to register for the Mandatory Ethics Training, also, from the EVENTS page. 



Note about event fees:
This course is offered at no fee as a benefit of membership with the League.  The course fee for nonmembers is $100.00.
