2022 Youth Council Annual Conference Program

The Youth Council Annual Conference program will take place at the Diplomat Beach Resort - Hollywood on Saturday, August 13, 2022. The cost for this event is $75.00 per person. For more information, please email erussell@flcities.com.

Overview:
As youth council members, you're already active in the political process, learning how things work, getting to know the issues, giving back. You also probably have ideas about changes that you believe would make your city a better place to live, work and play. How do we move from ideas to action to effectiveness? That's the focus of this year's FLC Annual Conference Youth Council program. Come develop ideas for moving the needle, for engagement that fosters real change.

NOTE: Students must be members of an established municipal youth council in order to participate in this program.

Youth council registration cancellation must be done in writing via email to erussell@flcities.com. All cancellations received in the FLC office by 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022, will receive refunds. Refunds will be issued after the event.
 

Instructions for registering: 
1. Click Register Myself.
2. Scroll down to the registration options.
3. Type the number of additional coordinators attending and click ‘Add’. Type in the names of the additional coordinators and click ‘Save Response’. Note: If you are registering as the coordinator for the event, do not enter yourself as an additional coordinator.
4. Type the number of students attending and click ‘Add’. Type in the names of the youth council students and click ‘Save Response.’
5. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout.’
6. To pay by check, contact erussell@flcities.com.
