Leadership Academy I (formerly known as IEMO III)
2021 IEMO III, now rebranded as Leadership Academy I, will meet via Zoom May 14-15, 2021

This year, the entire program has been designed to be virtual while still maintaining its strongly-interactive character.

Leadership Academy I utilizes the Fundamentals of Interpersonal Relationship Orientation - Behavior (FIRO-B) assessment tool developed by Dr. Mark Schutz and used extensively in MBA programs and other settings. In Leadership Academy I, you'll learn about the role of emotional need satisfaction in human behavior through instruction, discussion, and analysis of real-world situations where emotional needs are evidently in play.

Eligibility: Attendees must have completed IEMO I and IEMO II.

Agenda
Friday's session will begin at 12:30 p.m. and end at 5:30 p.m.
Saturday's session will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.

The Leadership Academy I registration fee includes FIRO-B License Fee and all classes.
