Leadership Academy II (formerly known as IEMO IV)

The 2021 Leadership Academy II class will be held November 5-6, at the close of Legislative Conference, at the Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista South. 

The Leadership Academy II program continues the focus on your characteristics as a leader, empowering you to lead yourself and others through the opportunities and challenges of municipal service. 

Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, we will not only discuss type, but the dynamics and interplay of various types and their relation to emotional needs (drawing upon our experiences in Leadership Academy I with FIRO-B).


Eligibility: Attendees must have completed Leadership Academy I (previously IEMO III). Attendees also must have completed or must complete two online assessments (FIRO-B and MBTI) prior to attending Leadership Academy II.  Once your registration is approved, you will be notified if you need to take one or both assessments.

Note: Registration is limited to the first 25 elected municipal officials who graduated from IEMO I, IEMO II and Leadership Academy I (IEMO III) only.

Fee: $300 (includes MBTI License Fee, all classes and meals.)
