FLC 2024 Insurance Summit

Register today for the 2024 Florida League of Cities Insurance Summit.
The event will be held April 16-18, 2024 at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, located next door to Disney Springs. NOTE: This is a new location!

The Summit will provide relevant training and education to public entity staff responsible for insurance, risk management and human resources. The Insurance Summit will also inform attendees of the state of the Florida insurance market, with a focus on the current property and casualty insurance and health insurance markets.

The registration fee for this event is $300 if you register by February 19 and covers admission to all educational sessions, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, Tuesday's welcome reception and dinner and Wednesday's dinner. Note that the registration fee will increase to $350 after February 19, 2024.

Hotel Information
The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace will serve as the host hotel for the FLC Insurance Summit. The hotel is offering the reduced rate of $244/night (including a reduced resort fee of $25/night) for event participants. Self-parking is available at the discounted rate of $17.50/day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to Melanie Howe by 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2024 to receive a refund of registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued until after the event and no refunds will be issued for early departure.
