Register today for the 2025 Florida League of Cities Insurance Summit
The event will be April 22-24, 2025at the Luminary Hotel & Co in Ft. Myers.
The Insurance Summit will provide attendees with the inspiration to sculp and sketch their own impression of Florida's current insurance landscape through valuable training and education for local government staff responsible for insurance, risk management, and human resources. It will also provide attendees with an overview of the current state of the Florida insurance market, as well as opportunities to network and discuss trends with professionals from peer organizations.
The registration fee for this event is $335 per person. Registration is open to employees of municipalities, counties, and special districts ONLY. Registration includes all workshops, Wednesday’s welcome reception and dinner, Thursday’s breakfast, lunch, breaks, reception and dinner at the Chihuly Collection, and Friday’s breakfast and lunch. Note that the registration fee will increase to $385 after July 18, 2025.

Hotel Information
The Luminary Hotel & Co. located in Fort Myers is the host hotel for the 2025 FLC Insurance Summit. The hotel is offering a reduced rate of $249/night for summit participants. Self-parking is available for $20/day; valet is offered at a reduced rate of $25/night.
The reservation cutoff date is Friday, March 28, 2025 It is important to register for the Summit early; room availability within the Insurance Summit group rate is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to Lily Etemadi by 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 17, 2026, to receive a refund of registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued until after the event and no refunds will be issued for early departure.
