FLC University - Developing a Social Media Plan

Once we have entered into the conversation on social media as a minucipality, we quickly discover that there always is more to do and more ways to do it. There are limits, however, of which we must take account, perhaps, most importantly, staff time. We'll develop draft plans for municipal implemantaion of social media with the quidance of some of the best practices in the field.
