Early Rate: $275 (postmarked on or before July 8, 2016, or entered online with credit card payment submitted by 11:59 PM, July 8, 2016.)
Regular Rate: $300 (postmarked or entered online after July 8, 2016).
Registration fee covers all refreshment breaks, two tickets for the reception on Thursday evening, one Friday luncheon ticket and all printed materials.
Using this online registration module, you can pay with a Visa or MasterCard. Once registered, you will receive your conference confirmation immediately via email. (You must supply your email address to receive your confirmation.) Emailed registration confirmations include your registration information, payment amount and registration number for your reference.
NOTE: Online registration is subject to the same deadlines as regular registration. If you select to pay by check, your payment must reach the FMAA office postmarked no later than July 8, 2016 to qualify for the early registration fee ($275). Otherwise, you will be required to submit payment at the regular registration rate ($300).
In the event prepaid registrants find it impossible to attend the seminar, an email or fax received in our office to that effect by 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 15, 2016, will authorize a full refund. Prepaid registrants not canceled by 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 26, will be included in the guaranteed attendance count. Because of the need to give advance guarantees, no refunds can be made after July 15, 2016, or for early departure from the seminar.

Checks should be made payable to the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association. Visa or MasterCard payments are also accepted. Please, no purchase orders. When your registration form is received, a confirmation of registration will be emailed.
Please Note: If you are physically challenged and require special services, or if you have special dietary needs, please attach a written description to your registration form.
Reservations can be made online or by contacting the Hyatt’s reservation department at 1-(888) 421-1442. Reservations must be made prior to June 27, 2016, to help ensure rate and availability. Remember that we are unable to guarantee the exact date on which the hotel block will sell out, so don’t delay.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival in order to avoid a penalty. A credit card is required to guarantee reservations, but payment is not required until check-in. Tax exempt forms must be shown at time or payment, or sent with payment if paying in advance.
The Hyatt's daily resort amenities fee includes complimentary self parking.
The secluded Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs is the location for the FMAA Seminar in 2016. FMAA has negotiated the following rate options:
View Rooms – $179/night
Run-of-House Rooms – $159/night
* Note that most rooms at the Hyatt are run-of-house rooms.
Connecting Rooms – $125/night
A limited number of connecting rooms are available for FMAA participants at the reduced rate of $125/night for the second room. Due to limited availability, reservations for connecting rooms must be made by calling the hotel directly during normal business hours. Once these are gone, connecting or adjoining rooms may also be booked at the group rates above, based on availability.
One Bedroom Suites – $285/night
These rooms are of limited availability.
