Membership Information

All municipal attorneys (full or part-time), and their deputies and assistants are eligible for membership and are eligible to vote on matters that come before the Association at its annual business meeting. Attorneys engaged in private practice and who periodically render specialized legal representation to municipalities are also eligible for membership, but may not vote on matters affecting the Association.

There are currently no annual membership dues. Service fees (eg. Seminar charges) are established by the Association’s Executive Committee.
